Sea Gods Stand-Up Paddleboards warrants to the original purchaser that our products will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery and during the initial period of use. Sea Gods provides a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

What This Warranty Covers
Sea Gods provides a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
This includes:
- Structural defects that impact performance
- Manufacturing issues that should not occur under normal use
This warranty applies to the original purchaser and begins on the date of delivery.
Sea Gods Stand-Up Paddleboards warrants, to the original purchaser, that our boards shall be free from manufacturing defects for the reasonable life of the board (approximately 3 yrs or more with great attention to board care). If your board should ever fail due to defects in materials or craftsmanship, we will repair it free of charge or replace it at our discretion.

What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, scuffs, fading, etc.)
- Damage caused by misuse, impacts, or accidents
- Dragging, improper handling, or transport damage
- Punctures, cuts, or abrasions
- Sun exposure, heat damage, or improper storage
- Creasing from folding or long-term storage
- Broken fins, fin boxes, or paddles due to use
- Lost components
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
It should be noted that pads may start to lift on the edges due to UV exposure and use. This is not a manufacturing defect. If this happens with your board, please reach out and we will help you to maintenance your paddleboard.
Claims Process
All claims require proof of purchase.
Please allow up to 5 business days for claim review during peak season.
Once received, repairs or warranty processing may take 6–8 weeks.
For shipping details, please contact us directly. Please send your board back clean and dry- we will not warranty boards that have not been properly cleaned and dried prior to shipping regardless of issue claim. We always do our best for our valued customers, but please understand during peak seasons it may take up to 5 business days for us to process your request. Once a warranty or repair item is received it may take up to 6-8 weeks for us to complete the warranty and repair and ship it back to you.
Losses or costs incurred as a result of loss of use are not covered.
